Football Birthday Party

This is a fun custom set for a University of Kentucky 1st Birthday Party in blue and white. The mom wanted to use polka dots and scalloped circles to make it a bit more girly. This set could be done in any color for your favorite football team. I am working on University of Oregon Go Ducks and Oregon State Go Beavers party lines as well.
