I am finally back to business as usual. Last March we had a new addition of a sweet baby boy to our family. Life with 4 kids and a high need baby has kept me busy. 5M Creations got put on the back burner for a bit. Now that I am back I have several fun parties to share with you. This first one was a shower I did for my new niece last summer. It was one of my favorite parties to date. I took inspiration from her bedding set and picked decor that could be used in her nursery later. The end result was this adorable pink and orange bird themed baby shower. Enjoy!
Lots of cupcakes were displayed on the table in several ways. I wanted a whimsical look rather than one big display.
Printable toppers from my party line were the perfect addition to these basic white cupcakes.
I used this cute metal bird cage to display cupcakes for a cute nod to the theme.
We had several gluten free guests. These gluten free muffins on a cake stand were a cute display to set them apart.
I love the added color these poms gave to the party space. They are hanging in Grace's nursery now.
On the guests tables I used pink gerber daisies, mini poms, birds nests with eggs, and cute painted bird houses. Each setting had a thank you favor box and a bingo card. I loved this pink burplap I found. A natural feel with a cute pop of color.
Printable bingo cards from my etsy shop in our bird theme.
Our venue had these great shelves perfect for the mason jar drinks.
Add some colorful paper straws and a daisy lid to mason jars for a sweet sip.
I featured all different bird cages, birds, and nests throughout the space. Nothing matched perfectly and that is what I loved about this party.
When the guests arrived this table was set up with a few activities. Guess how many diapers in the diaper cake and a thumbprint tree for the baby's room.
I found the perfect colors of burplap to trim the cake in. Topped with the bird house and little pink birds I love how this diaper cake turned out. (Thank you to my friend Dara who made the diaper base.)
Printable centerpiece circles.
And finally the favor boxes. I created matching stickers for the bottom of hershey kisses. They were nestled in a nest of brown crinkle paper. It was all tied together with a strip of pink burlap and a printable favor tag.
This was the sweet invitation that was sent out to guests. You can see it in my store here.
And last the printable party line available in our shop here.
