Butterfly Happy Birthday Cards

A while back I created a birthday card for a party we were going to. I only created one and never got a photo of it. I have been wanting to duplicate it for a while. I made a new one and a coordinating one in another color. I think these cards are so bright and colorful. I am loving the ribbon accents to pull everything together.

I love the bright green against the pink. It really pops! The slight pattern on the butterfly adds a nice extra detail to the card.

 I just happened to have this cute paisley ribbon on hand. It was the perfect color combo to match my butterfly.

I am a sucker for the pink and brown combo and even more for dots. When I saw this pink dot paper I fell in love.

  

 This was another ribbon I had picked up on a sale rack months ago. It was the perfect way to tie my pink, brown, and dots together.

Ladybug Party sneak peek

I created a sample invite for someone a few weeks back that I never shared here. I am in love with this card and can see this layout in so many cute colors and themes. It could be an invite, thank you, or just a sweet card for so many occasions. I am working on coordinating cupcake toppers, banner, and thank yous to match. Watch for those soon.

I am super excited to see how the rest of the set turns out.

Rubber ducky, you're the one...

I am finally back with some new stuff. Life has been super crazy as always with my daughter starting preschool, family stuff, and working on new orders. This has not left much computer time. So for the next 2 weeks I should have posts fairly regularly to make up for being gone so long. Lots of new cards, banners, and more. The thing I am most excited about is a baby shower I am throwing mid October. You will have to come back to see all the fun details. The mommy to be will be surprised by the theme. Should be fun.

Here is my first new card.

I had an extra rubber ducky die cut from some baby shower centerpieces I did so I thought it would be cute on a card. Little did I know I had the perfect bubbly paper to go along with it. This card makes me want to go give my kids a bubble bath.

 

I love the adorable buttons and the pop of color and shimmer they add to this card. 

This card would be perfect for the arrival of any new baby or as a baby shower invite.

And on that note I would like to introduce you to my first niece. She was born last night around 8:00pm. I am already in love with being an auntie and cannot wait to go see her again tonight. Meet Miss Emma Kate.

Sock Monkey Birthday Set

I had the pleasure of creating a Sock Monkey Birthday Party set for some friends twins who are turning 2. Their mom gave me complete creative license with a picture of the tableware for inspiration. This is the set she chose.
